1. Product Overview
GRACYFIBER's high-isolation reflective wavelength division multiplexer (WDM) is a miniaturized, high-performance bidirectional filtering component designed for seamless separation of 1310 nm and 1550 nm signals in a single fiber. It is an indispensable core optical engine in GPON/XGS-PON modules, 5G fronthaul, and hybrid access networks. With up to 50 dB transmission isolation and ultra-low insertion loss, this device enables efficient spectral routing without the use of any active components. Its ultra-compact 3.0 x 15 mm package allows for direct and seamless integration into extremely crowded BOSA (Bidirectional Optical Submodule) and transceiver units, providing superior signal integrity for next-generation optical networks requiring stringent channel separation.

(Designed specifically to address space constraints and crosstalk in single-fiber bidirectional transmission within optical modules)
Features: Extreme miniaturization design ($Phi 3.0 × L15 mm$)
Pain points/value addressed: The overall steel tube dimensions are strictly controlled to a diameter of only 3.0 mm and a length of only 15 mm. This extreme miniaturization directly alleviates the cabling crisis faced by optical module (such as SFP+, QSFP28) hardware engineers within a confined enclosure, enabling easy integration into the BOSA assembly of ONU/OLT devices without the need to redesign expensive module molds.
Features: Ultra-high channel isolation ($≥ 50 dB) addresses key
pain points and provides value: The transmission end offers up to 50 dB of isolation when separating the 1310 nm and 1550 nm bands. This forms an absolute optical barrier, completely blocking crosstalk from high-power emitted light to the extremely sensitive receiver (Rx), ensuring zero bit error rate even over extremely long distances in a single-fiber bidirectional (BiDi) link.
Features: Ultra-low insertion loss and extremely low PDL
Pain points addressed/value: Despite its tiny size, its maximum insertion loss at the transmission end is only 1.1 dB, and at the reflection end it's as low as 0.7 dB. Combined with a maximum polarization dependent loss (PDL) of only 0.10 dB, it can salvage valuable optical power budget for your power-sensitive PON links, significantly increasing the network's coverage radius.
Features: Receptacle & Ferrule (socket and ferrule) direct connection interface design
Pain points addressed/value: The port innovatively adopts an LC/UPC connection form with adapter sockets and ferrules. This "plug-and-play" device-level interface greatly simplifies the coupling and assembly process on optical module production lines, significantly improving yield and assembly efficiency in large-scale manufacturing.
Features: Highly reliable industrial-grade temperature stability
addresses key pain points and provides value: Supports stable operation in harsh environments ranging from -20°C to 70°C, with a storage temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Unaffected by drastic temperature fluctuations in outdoor optical node chassis, ensuring a long service life for FTTH networks.
