PC plastic particles (polycarbonate) are a high-performance engineering plastic known for their exceptional physical properties. They are characterized by high transparency (with a light transmittance of 90%), high strength , and high impact resistance (notch impact strength of 600-900J/m). In addition, they exhibit heat resistance with a thermal deformation temperature of 130-140 ℃, and low temperature resistance ranging from -40 ℃ to +135 ℃.

The chemical stability of PC plastic particles makes them resistant to weak acids, weak bases, and neutral oils. However, they are not resistant to strong bases and ultraviolet light. PC is a non-crystalline thermoplastic that requires preheating and drying before processing. It can be shaped using injection molding or extrusion molding .
