Description

The GIGAOPTO's GTS-L1312-40DI SFP transceiver supports dual data-rate of 1.25Gbps/1.0625Gbps and 40km transmission distance over LC duplex SMF fiber. Featuring low power consumption, this 1000BASE-EX SFP industrial optic transceiver is a small form factor pluggable (SFP) transceiver specified for hardened industrial 1000BASE-EX Gigabit Ethernet and 1G Fiber Channel application in harsh environments.

The SFP transceiver consists of the below sections: the LD driver, the limiting amplifier, the digital diagnostic monitor, the 1310nm DFB laser and the PIN photo-detector. The SFP transceiver module is a Class 1 laser product that complies with FDA/CDRH and IEC-60825 standards.

The transceivers are compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472. For further information, please refer to SFP MSA.
