Why Foundries Switched to This Robot

Grinding and deburring castings used to be dirty manual work. The M-20iD/35 with built-in force sensor keeps constant pressure on the part even when the casting tolerances are plus or minus 5 mm. It follows the contour perfectly, removes just the right amount of material, and never breaks expensive abrasives. One robot does the job of 3–4 people and works 24/7 without complaining.
