The bench-top unit for cleaning spatter from robot MIG torches

Product Overview

The Alphatex semi-automatic torch cleaner is a simple station for removing spatter and cleaning the nozzle of robot welding torches. The robot brings the torch to the cleaner, and the unit reams the nozzle and sprays anti-spatter fluid. It's for cells where full automatic reamers are too much, but manual cleaning is slow. Many shops use it to keep torches clean between shifts.
