Working Process:

Material Preparation: Raw materials are crushed into a fine powder (ideally around 50 mesh) for optimal granulation .
Feeding: The powder is continuously and quantitatively fed into the pan pelletizer via a conveyor belt or other feeding system .
Wet Granulation: A binder (typically water or a liquid adhesive) is sprayed onto the rotating disc .
Pellet Formation: The rotating disc, combined with the sprayed binder, causes the powder particles to adhere to one another, forming small pellets.
