Workflow:

Raw Material Preparation: Monoammonium phosphate (MAP) and/or solid phase bentonite (SSP) powders are prepared to ensure consistent particle size and moisture content. The raw material moisture content should be maintained between 5% and 20%.
Feeding: The prepared powders are fed into a twin-roll extruder granulator via a controlled feeding system.
Extrusion Granulation: The powders are compacted between two counter-rotating rollers with specially grooved surfaces. This high-pressure compaction compresses the material into dense granules.
