PGV vision glue potting machines are the fully automatic glue potting machine launched by Daheng automation. This machine is aiming at epoxy resin , polyurethane, silicone and other two-component materials for materials mixing and automatic perfusion.

The equipment has the characteristics of accurate proportioning and quantitative consistency ,which can improve the quality and output of production . It can be equipped with dual-liquid mixing equipment to improve the efficiency of perfusion . In addition, it can be equipped with auxiliary equipment such as assembly line , baking path and multi -station rotating platform .
PGV501 The vision system glue potting machine has outstanding characteristics as following:
  1. Ultra - high precision double cylinder plunger pump, glue stable and easy to use. Daheng core patent plunger pump technology, with unique, innovative, practical, advanced; A new generation of fluid measurement ratio control with high accuracy, variable, uninterrupted and long life is realized.
  2. The machine has automatic glue dispensing function, can match 1:1 to 10:1 within the two-component glue, can automatically match, automatic mixing, automatic mixing, automatic completion of the machine, do not need manual matching, is an online type of glue dispensing, to fill the amount of glue, how much glue dispensing, dispensing good glue is immediately to the product .
  3. High-precision CCD vision capture and positioning, high-precision imported servo screw three-coordinate linear manipulator mobile device, to achieve high-precision positioning control, accuracy ±0.03mm
  4. Motion control card: high-speed dot and line drawing and various irregular motion control; Teaching programming is adopted .
  5. Various of needles:glue mixing and dispensing evenly .
  6. Alarm function: the drums of A and B are equipped with alarm and induction devices of lower position
  7. Vacuum feeding: both barrel A and barrel B can automatically vacuum feeding, which is helpful to eliminate air bubbles
  8. Diaphragm pump feeding: A, B drums can automatically feed diaphragm pump
  9. Automatic cleaning: the mixed part of AB adhesive is automatically cleaned with gas and liquid .
  10. Anti-curing procedure, the machine can set the glue interval time according to the time of glue curing, to prevent the glue curing caused by the occasional stop during the working time, causing the machine to block up.

2.Description of equipment schematic diagram

According to the instructions issued by the control system, the dispensing machine completes the dispensing and conveying of glue to the mixing system, and the CCD visual capture gives the command. The three-axis manipulator carries the mixing system part, and the quantitative positioning is carried out at the same time. The mixing part of the equipment is equipped with the automatic cleaning function.


4. Introduction of machine structure and main components :
PGV501 is mainly composed of the following parts: visual positioning system, machine frame, storage tanks , proportioning system, mixing system (double liquid valve), cleaning system, coordinate linear manipulator, conveying line body, control system and so on

4.1 visual positioning system: the CCD vision is used to capture the positioning, and the three-coordinate linear robot arm is processed by software to send commands for positioning.


4.2 Machine frame: adopt sheet metal welding frame structure to provide support and reference for the whole equipment.
4.3 Tanks: the tank is equipped with agitator, vacuum suction function, vacuum stripping function, high/low liquid level sensor, and the bottom of the tank is equipped with cut-off ball valve, constant temperature heating, temperature sensor, filtration and other auxiliary devices. The main features are as follows::
1) the stainless steel plate vacuum pressure tank can withstand the vacuum negative pressure in the tank .
2)There are electric agitators in tanks, so stirring can prevent precipitation and layering of the A /B glue, and make the temperature of glue in tanks more even;
3) The glue tank level sensor: When the glue is lower than the set level, it will automatically alarm and remind to add glue;
4) Tanks can be equipped with vacuum defoaming function optionally (defoaming time can be set by touch screen), which also can automatically feed glue through vacuum negative pressure, and the relevant valves will automatically close before glue feeding, and the relevant valve will automatically open/relieve pressure after glue feeding;
5) The tank is equipped with pressure relief ball valve, and the bottom of the tank is reserved with backflow interface and interception to close the ball valve;
6) Glue tank is reserved for manual feeding port to add glue in time;
7) Glue tank can be used for constant temperature heating;

4.4 Mixing systems
The core component of PGV501 proportioning system is high precision gear metering pump. The appearance and principle of gear metering pump are shown in the figure.

It has the following features:
1) Volumetric measurement system with high ratio accuracy (±2%), suitable for medium and low viscosity two-component material ratio;
2). Continuous glue discharge can be realized, and the amount of glue can be converted from 1g/s to 16g/s in a wide range;
3) Stable operation, maintenance-free, long service life;
4). Variable ratio requirements of 1:1~10:1 can be achieved through the selection and combination of different metering pumps;

4.4 mixing system (dual liquid valve)
The core part of PGV501 equipment mixing system is double liquid valve.The AB glue is transferred to the glue mixing part (double liquid valve) by metering pump and mixed in the mixing pipe under the double liquid valve. The online mixing method is ready to mix.The main features of double liquid valve are as follows:
1) mixing motor drives the mixing tube through double leaf valve out of glue, then themselves layer down to the plastic head, thus evenly mixed glue, this process is completely sealed, and double leaf valve/mixing tube is filled with glue, without air bubbles, mixing process by double leaf switch valve cylinder glue closure back to suck, stop when the glue is not dripping glue;
2) the maximum speed of the stirring motor can reach 3000 RPM (adjustable), which can fully stir evenly;
3) stirring motor with automatic detection function;

4.5 cleaning system
Automatic cleaning, the mixed part of AB adhesive with gas and liquid automatic cleaning

4.6 Three coordinate linear manipulator
The three-coordinate linear mechanical arm is driven by servo motor, which can realize the precise position control of rubber head. Because of the teaching and programming method, the movement track of rubber head can be easily adjusted.

The main parameters are as follows:

4.7 Conveying line (customizable)
Frequency converter is adopted to control the conveying motor, the speed can be adjusted 10-300mm/s, belt/double speed chain/roller transmission is adopted, the front, middle and rear blocking cylinders are configured by default, clamping/jacking positioning is adopted by default, the positioning is accurate, the width of adjustable line body is 150-550mm.


4.7 Control system
PLC, touch screen control, and configuration of teaching and programming system, the control system has the following characteristics:
1) glue output is controlled by the speed of the motor to reach the required amount of glue, and the glue output speed can be adjusted at will;
2) adjustable synchronous glue release, so that A/B glue flows out of the glue valve at the same time, and better mixing effect can be obtained;
3) the device is equipped with anti-gel timer, vacuum defoaming, anti-curing time and defoaming time, which can be set.
4) configurable single and continuous glue discharging functions to meet different technological requirements;
5) the whole control is controlled by panasonic PLC, kunlun tongtai touch screen control device function, reserved communication interface, equipment running state and setting parameters can be captured by third-party equipment;
6) security interlock program is configured to prevent employees from misoperation.
