Full Automatic AB Glue Potting Machine with wide working range1200*800mm

Machine description

  • AB glue are stored in two containers separately. A and B glue are injected into the mixing pipe separately through precise calculation of two metering pumps based on needs. Glue is well stirred and mixed in mixing pipe, and meanwhile the three axis mechanical hands drive glue valve to move as programmed track to the position of gluing to conduct rated glue Dispensing

Machine Feature

  • Metering, proportion, mixing, Dispensing are realized via automatic operation;
  • Two 304 stainless steel container to store A glue and B glue separately to make sure glue will not solidify in long term reservation;

  • 3 axis mechanical hands employ high precision linear movement module to ensure accurate movement and high repeat accuracy;

  • Touch screen operation plus handhold teaching programming case, easy to learn and operate;

  • According to the feature of products and production capacity requirement, fixture and glue delivery head can be customized.
