Description

LED bulb automatic E27 E14 cap riveting machine with wire cutting, wire bending, testing function

Custom Assembly Machine providing automated cap locking wire cutting wire bending riveting and testing for bulb assembly

This machine employs vibrator to feed E27 or E14 rivet to pick-up station. At the same time the operator puts the bulb with pre-assembled E27/E14 cap to the working station(cap downwards). The machine will finish cap locking, wire cutting and bending, riveting and light testing automatically, then manually take it out.


Machine features:

  • Integrate five functions: cap locking, wire cutting, wire bending, riveting, testing
  • Designed capacity 2500pcs/h. real capacity depends on operator experience
  • Pressing pin is made of special hard material, can be repeatedly used 5-10million times
  • Easy operation. Automatic working after getting signal of workpiece-in-place
