Glue Dispensing Robot with 8 Heads for Precise Silicone Glue Application
8 Heads Glue Dispensing Robot for 2X2 Back-lit Panel Light Production Glue Application
Machine Description
2X2 back-lit panel light assembly process includes bonding PCB strips to the housing with silicone glue.
Some panel light manufacturers use 6 PCB strips, while others use 8 PCB strips. Regardless of the number,
silicone glue application is essential. The GDS 8-heads glue dispensing robot is designed to meet panel
light manufacturers' demand for applying 8 glue lines to the housing simultaneously. It can perfectly
dispense 8 straight silicone lines corresponding to 8 PCB strips in a quick, even motion. All 8 silicone
dispensing heads can be controlled independently, allowing operators to use any combination based on
specific production requirements.
