KAWAURA PUR hot melt adhesive HJ8015 bonds genuine natural leather to textile. Oil-tolerant penetrates leather grain despite oil variability. Consistent across cowhide, lambskin, goatskin, pigskin. Humidity resistant. Non-staining.

APPLICATION

Luxury handbag leather backing, leather garment fabric bonding, premium footwear lining, leather furniture upholstery, automotive leather trim, small leather goods.

115~145°C. Degrease and lightly abrade leather. Coating: 25-40gsm. Nip 3-5 bar. Cure 23~25, 60-70% RH 48h.
