Industrial chillers are industrial temperature control devices that achieve cooling functions through steam compression or absorption cycles. Chillers are mainly composed of core components such as compressors, evaporators, condensers, expansion valves, and control systems. Through the phase change cycle of refrigerants in the system, heat is removed from the process water and discharged to the outside environment. Core circulatory system:

1. Refrigerant Circulation (Refrigeration Core)

Compression: The compressor sucks in the low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant and compresses it into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas, preparing for heat release.

Condensation: The high-temperature and high-pressure gas enters the condenser and disperses the heat to the environment through air cooling (fan blowing fins) or water cooling (circulating water from the cooling tower). The refrigerant condenses into a high-pressure liquid.

Throttling: The high-pressure liquid refrigerant passes through the expansion valve (or capillary tube) for throttling, resulting in a sudden drop in pressure and a fog-like gas-liquid mixture at a low temperature and low pressure, creating conditions for heat absorption.

Evaporation: The fog-like refrigerant absorbs the heat from the circulating water in the evaporator and vaporizes, reducing the water temperature; the heated gas refrigerant returns to the compressor to complete the cycle.

2. Water Circulation System (Heat Transfer)

The water pump transports the chilled water cooled by the evaporator to the user equipment, absorbing the heat from the equipment and raising the water temperature, which then flows back to the evaporator to be cooled again, forming a closed loop.

3. Electrical Automation System (Stable Operation)

Real-time monitoring of parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate, automatically adjusting components such as the compressor, water pump, and fans to maintain constant temperature, constant flow, and constant pressure output.
