Door-to-Door: From factory pickup in China to Amazon warehouses, commercial addresses, or residences in the USA — we manage it all.
Real-Time Tracking: Monitor your shipment from booking to final delivery.

Q: What is the transit time to the USA?
A: West Coast: 18-25 days; East Coast: 30-40 days (door-to-door).
Q: What is ISF filing?
A: ISF (Importer Security Filing), also known as "10+2", must be submitted 48 hours before vessel departure. We assist with this.
Q: How is LCL charged?
A: Charged by volume (CBM). Minimum 0.5 CBM. Ideal for small shipments.
Q: Any special requirements for Amazon FBA?
A: Yes — FNSKU labels and "Made in China" labels required on each carton. Pallets must meet 1.2m x 1.0m standard.
Q: What if customs inspects my cargo?
A: If inspection fees occur due to incorrect declaration, they are borne by the shipper. For random inspections with compliant documents, we assist in handling.
