It optimizes fuel-air mixing ratio to raise overall thermal efficiency and cut fuel consumption effectively.
Fuel combustion contains three core stages: fuel and air mixing, mixed medium temperature rising to ignition temperature, and instantaneous oxidation combustion reaction. The mixing state directly decides flame shape, furnace internal temperature distribution and whole melting processing effect. This system can be matched with end fired furnace, cross fired furnace and recuperative furnace for glass production.
