1. Brief Introduction


Industrial furnace combustion system is a complete heating matching device that burns gas, fuel oil and other fuels stably to supply high temperature heat for glass melting and thermal processing. It optimizes fuel-air mixing ratio to raise overall thermal efficiency and cut fuel consumption effectively.
Fuel combustion contains three core stages: fuel and air mixing, mixed medium temperature rising to ignition temperature, and instantaneous oxidation combustion reaction. The mixing state directly decides flame shape, furnace internal temperature distribution and whole melting processing effect. This system can be matched with end fired furnace, cross fired furnace and recuperative furnace for glass production.

3. Combustion Air Matching System

Regenerator is adopted to recycle waste flue heat efficiently, which can preheat combustion air to 1200-1350 C to improve combustion efficiency. The complete air supply assembly consists of the following parts:
