Dedicated Capping Equipment Calibration

Because of the integrated ring tab structure, ring pull caps require slightly different capping chuck profiles and settings compared to traditional standard crown caps. Ensure your automated capping machine is configured with a compatible ring-cap head to avoid crushing or tearing the ring-pull tab during high-pressure crimping.

Strict Storage Humidity and Physical Protection

Store bulk inventory in a dry, ventilated warehouse with humidity levels kept below 60% and temperatures below 30°C (86°F). Additionally, avoid stacking boxes beyond the recommended limit to prevent heavy weight from crushing the cartons, which could cause the pull rings to pre-bend or detach.

Pressure Retention and Carbonation Limits

While our ring pull caps are engineered to handle high-pressure carbonation (up to 6-8 bar), proper machine adjustment is key. We strongly suggest requesting sample batches from our engineering department to conduct pressure retention and carbonation shelf-life testing with your specific bottling setup.

Pasteurization Temperature Limits

Our standard easy-open caps and plastic liners are perfectly designed for standard pasteurization processes (up to 65°C to 75°C / 149°F to 167°F for 20-30 minutes). If your beverage line utilizes high-temperature sterilization above 85°C / 185°F, please notify us in advance so we can apply specialized high-temperature-resistant polymers and adhesives.
