Horizontal Glass Washing and Drying Machine

Introduction:

1. This glass cleaning machine is designed for cleaning flat glass with thickness 3mm-25mm. It is combined with glass pass-in, washing, drying and glass passing-out. The glass cleaning machine is easy to operate with good cleaning effect, reliable performance.

2.Adopts 3-class drum-type brushes with cold water cleaning and 3 pair air knife hot wind drying system. The multi-functional combination of independent blower, cycling water and hot air makes the operation more convenient.

3.The roller and brush head adopt random up/down adjustment system, which is suitable for cleaning coated glass and Low-E glass. And it is convenient to clean water tank and adjust brushes' position.

4.Our glass washing machine adopts imported drive and step-less speed regulation.

5.As cleaning system and drying system can be adjusted according to requirements, the glass washing machine is easy to process.

6.Rubber rollers in the washing section are processed by the grinding machine, so even the thin glass will not be broken.
