Product Overview

The Membrane Fine Bubble Diffuser is an advanced aeration device designed to efficiently transfer oxygen in wastewater treatment systems.
It generates uniform fine bubbles through precision-perforated membranes, enhancing oxygen dissolution and promoting microbial growth.
The diffuser offers high oxygen transfer efficiency (OTE), low energy consumption, and long service life, making it ideal for biological aeration processes.

Working Principle

Compressed air passes through the air distribution system and enters the diffuser.
The flexible EPDM or silicone membrane expands under pressure, allowing air to pass through fine perforations to form tiny bubbles.
When aeration stops, the membrane closes automatically, preventing backflow and clogging.
