1．Product Overview

JIS G3312 CGCC 0.25mm corrugated steel roof sheet is used for roofing, wall cladding, factory buildings, storage buildings, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, container plates, construction panels, and home appliance applications.

The product is produced from PPGI steel coils with prepainted coating and corrugated profiling. The corrugated structure improves sheet rigidity, while the color coated surface supports building appearance and corrosion protection.

2．Technical Solution

The roofing sheet is manufactured from prepainted steel coil and processed into corrugated sheet form according to required thickness, width, pitch, depth, color, and length.

Top paint coating is 15–20um, and back coating is 5–10um. PE or PVDF paint can be selected according to project requirements. Gloss can be adjusted according to customer request, including high gloss with sparkling granule appearance.

Thickness tolerance is ±0.02mm, and width tolerance is -0/+3mm, supporting dimensional control for roofing and wall panel installation.
