1．Product Overview

76mm corrugated metal roofing sheets are used for roofing, wall cladding, container plates, construction panels, home appliance panels, structural use, commercial buildings, industrial workshops, and general building applications.

The product is manufactured from hot dipped galvanized or color coated steel substrate. The 76mm wave width and 17mm wave height improve sheet rigidity, while galvanized and pre painted surface options support corrosion resistance and building appearance requirements.

2．Technical Solution

The corrugated roof panel is produced according to JIS G3322 CGLCC, ASTM A792, and EN 10169 DX51D+AZ standards.

The material uses AZ coating from 50g/m² to 180g/m². The top surface is 15–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer, and the back surface is 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer.

Bright or matt finishing can be selected according to project appearance requirements. RAL colors or customer sample colors can be supplied for roofing and wall panel design.
