Product Description
Az150 Hot Dipped Zincalume GL Steel Coil AFP Aluzinc Steel Bobina Galvalume
The GL & aluzinc steel sheet in coil uses the cold-rolled steel sheet as a substrate and solidified by 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon at 600°C. It combines the physical protection and high durability of aluminum with the electrochemical protection of zinc. Also known as aluzinc steel coil.

What Does AZ150 Mean?
AZ150 indicates that in the triple spot test per EN 10346 standard, the minimum total coating mass on both surfaces of the aluminum-zinc alloy coating is 150g per square meter. Equivalent to Total Both Sides in ASTM A792 standard is 0.50 oz/square foot.
Benefits of Using Aluzinc Steel
- Extreme Corrosion Resistance: 7x more resistant than wood/plastic, 3-7x more than regular galvanized steel. Maximum corrosion rate of 0.2μm/year with theoretical lifespan exceeding 100 years.
- Incredibly High-Strength: Surface hardness is twice that of galvanized steel and 5x harder than wood/plastic, with excellent wear resistance.
- No Soil Contamination: Unlike treated wood/plastic, Aluzinc won't leach chemicals into soil, making it ideal for organic gardening.
- 100% Green and Recyclable: Environmentally-friendly material with long lifespan, made through sustainable processes.
Applications For Galvalume Steel Sheet
Construction: civil and industrial building roofs, facades, substrates for painted rolls, garage doors. Industrial instruments: electric control cabinets, industrial freezers, vending machines. Most commonly used for building roofs.
Regular Usages
Construction industry (roofs, garages, pipes), household appliances (refrigerators, air conditioners, microwaves), and automotive industry (gas vents, fuel tanks).
