- Mechanical Properties Testing: Room-temperature and high-temperature mechanical tests, Brinell hardness, HRC hardness, micro-hardness, expansion, flattening, cupping, bending, compression.
- Metallurgical & Corrosion Resistance: Macrostructure analysis, fracture detection, density, grain size, residual stress, dezincification corrosion, salt spray, annealing.
Packaging & Shipping
We protect the coils by adding cushioning materials and tightening them with lashing straps, non-slip wooden blocks underneath to prevent movement. Waterproof packaging and desiccants are used to prevent moisture damage.
