This advanced stacking machine utilizes robotic arms to move left and right, picking up electrode pole pieces from the two extreme positions and alternately discharging electrodes. During the left-right movement, it completes Z-stacking of the diaphragm, enabling reciprocating assembly of the entire cell core through electrode pole piece manipulation.
The system employs linear servo motion modules to achieve high-speed, smooth, and precise operation. Diaphragm discharge incorporates constant tension control, while a correction mechanism ensures uniform discharge throughout the process. The electrode pole piece silo utilizes linear servo motion modules to accommodate different pole piece configurations.
