The process:
The base material placed on the unwinding device enters the floating roller tension system
after automatic rectification, and enters the coating head after adjusting the unwinding tension. The
slurry material is coated according to the setting procedure of the coating system. After coating the
wet separator into the oven by hot air drying. After drying, the tension is adjusted by the tension
system, and the rewinding speed is controlled to synchronize with the coating speed. The electrode
is automatically corrected by the rectifying system to keep it in the central position, and rewound
by the winding device.
