  • Spiral bevel gears are widely used where power must be transmitted between intersecting shafts, typically at 90 degrees. Compared with straight bevel gears, the spiral tooth design provides gradual tooth engagement, resulting in lower vibration, reduced noise, and improved load distribution.
  • This gear set is manufactured from high-strength alloy steel and finished with controlled heat treatment to ensure excellent wear resistance, surface hardness, and long service life, even under heavy load and continuous operation.
