III. Application Scenarios

1. SMT Placement Production Line: Installed after the placement machine and reflow soldering machine, it temporarily buffers the processed PCB circuit boards, balancing the production speed of upstream and downstream equipment and preventing production line blockages and downtime.

2. Semiconductor Processing: Used in intermediate stages such as photolithography, etching, and packaging, it temporarily stores wafers and chip semi-finished products, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted connection between processes.

3. Back-end Support for Inspection Equipment: Adapted to the back-end of SPI solder paste inspection and AOI vision inspection equipment, it automatically receives inspection signals, separately collects defective PCB boards, and achieves automatic separation of good and bad boards, saving manual sorting costs.
