1. Introduction

ILDA1024 is an uncooled near-infrared InGaAs line array detector. It adopts planar InGaAs PIN photodiode chip, with 1024*1 single row pixels and 12.5μm pixel size, covering 0.9–1.7μm short-wave infrared spectrum. Equipped with 28-pin CDIP ceramic encapsulation and built-in temperature sensor, it supports dual-channel high-speed signal output for spectrometers and industrial line scan inspection equipment integration.
