Description

Product introduction:

SZL type water tube boiler, the use of double cylinder vertical arrangement, combustion mode with chain grate. Boiler design fuel biomass forming fuel. Water wall structure on both sides of the furnace; After the furnace is an ember chamber, a convection tube bundle, and a economizer (or air preheater) at the tail. The flue gas enters the tail flue through the furnace, the burning chamber, the convection tube bundle, the economizer (or the air preheater), and is discharged into the atmosphere through the dust collector, the induced draft fan and the chimney. The boiler is divided into two parts factory, easy to install and move, after the assembly of the boiler factory to the site, only need to combine the two parts, build the upper and lower furnace wall, install the slag machine, fan and other auxiliary machinery system and smoke duct, connect the water and electricity can be run. The installation period is short, can meet the urgent needs of users, and has the characteristics of fast start and fire.

2. The grate is equipped with double-side air inlet, and the air baffle is installed in the air room, which can accurately adjust the air distribution of each stage of burning coal, so that the fire bed is evenly distributed to facilitate the combustion of fuel.
3. The boiler uses a long grate, because it is a layer fired boiler, the furnace storage heat, can ensure the stability of combustion, its load adjustment range is also relatively large.
