Description

Product Introduction:

WNS series horizontal internal combustion boilers are shell type three return wet back oil/gas boilers. The boiler is operated automatically, and after the fuel is atomized by the burner, the torch formed is filled in the full waveform furnace and transmits radiant heat through the furnace wall, which is the first return journey. The high-temperature smoke generated by combustion gathers in the recombustion chamber and turns into the second return, that is, the threaded smoke tube bundle area. After convection heat transfer, the flue gas temperature gradually decreases to the front smoke box, where it turns into the third return, that is, the plain tube bundle area, and then enters the condensing energy-saving device and chimney through the rear smoke box, and finally drains into the atmosphere. This series of products has the characteristics of safety, reliability, high efficiency energy saving and environmental protection, easy maintenance, durability, automatic intelligent control and so on.

Product characteristics:

  • WNS boiler products adopt horizontal three return wet back corrugated furnace structure. It is mainly composed of pot shell, furnace gall, turning smoke chamber, smoke pipe and so on.
  • The wet back and corrugated furnace structure are adopted, and the heating surface is arranged symmetrically. Effectively reduce the thermal stress of the boiler, improve the safe use and life of the boiler.
  • The heat transfer effect of smoke pipe is improved by adopting high efficiency heat transfer thread pipe. At the same time, it has good thermal expansion and cold contraction performance, which can prevent the deformation of the heating surface.
  • The steam boiler adopts the low arrangement of the combustion chamber, so that the boiler water level safety range is larger, the boiler steam space is larger, and the steam quality is well guaranteed.
  • The tail is arranged with steel fin type energy-saving device, which has high heat transfer efficiency. The smoke temperature behind the energy-saving device is less than 150℃, and the fuel consumption is reduced.
  • The boiler adopts high quality aluminum silicate insulation to reduce heat loss.
  • The boiler heating surface layout is sufficient, the boiler starts quickly, and the load lifting time is short.
