Two-stage burner
The working mode of the burner is low fire-high fire, that is, the burner has two working points, that is, it can work in one stage (low fire) or in two stages (high fire). There are two devices Tc and T2 (thermostat or pressure switch) on the burner control circuit to control the operating state of the burner. The setting value of T2 is lower than the setting value of Tc. After the burner is started, if the temperature (or pressure) of the heated object is lower than the setting value of Tc and T2, Tc and T2 are both closed, and the burner operates in two stages (high fire); if the temperature (or pressure) of the heated object is lower than Tc but higher than the setting value of T2, TC is closed, T2 is disconnected, and the burner operates in one stage (low fire); if the temperature (or pressure) of the heated object is higher than the setting value of Tc, T2 and Tc are both disconnected, and the burner is controlled to shut down; when the temperature (or pressure) of the heated object drops below the setting value of TC, Tc is closed again, and the burner automatically restarts and operates as described above.
