The furnace body is mainly made into two chambers by the outer shell, inner furnace, support plate, etc. The inner chamber is the combustion furnace; the outer chamber is equipped with blades to form a channel for preheating air ducts, and a tangential preheating is installed at the flue gas outlet. The air duct outlet is connected to the chimney, and the burner is installed at the inner furnace bile opening.
The blower is an important equipment for the normal combustion of the burner. The air generated with a certain wind pressure and air volume is preheated by the preheating air duct and then enters the furnace body to form hot air. By adjusting the damper door, the air intake volume can be adjusted to ensure an accurate ratio of flue gas and cold air to achieve the temperature required by the user. The flue gas temperature can be satisfied by adjusting the damper on the main body.
