Product introduction:

SZS series industrial steam boiler boiler is divided into the body and economizer and other accessories, the body is composed of furnace and single loop convection heating surface, economizer packaging transportation, to achieve the whole factory, to ensure the quality of the boiler. Small positive pressure combustion, small smoke wind resistance. The boiler smoke and air system is only equipped with blowers, and the furnace is under micro positive pressure to reduce the air leakage of the boiler and improve the efficiency of the boiler.

Product characteristics;

1, scientific design, reasonable structure. The film water wall is used to improve the rigidity of furnace and flue and the anti-explosion ability of boiler wall. Explosion-proof doors are set in the explosive parts to prevent deflagration from damaging the furnace wall. The main welds of the body are butt structures, all of which are welded by submerged arc automatic welding.
2, high degree of automation, reliable operation of equipment. It adopts mechatronics control equipment and programmable logic controller (PLC) joint control mode. The advanced programmable logic controller (PLC) is the "central processor" of the control system. The control system is operated by touch screen, so that the degree of automatic control and reliable operation of the boiler are greatly improved, and the operation is more simple and intuitive.
