Designed exclusively for the challenging climate conditions found across South American countries—from the Amazon basin's high humidity to coastal regions' salty air—our Specialized Custom-Made Anti-Humidity and Anti-Rust LED Oil Price Display ensures reliable, long-lasting performance where standard displays fail. Unlike conventional oil price signs that quickly develop rust on metal components and short circuits in power systems, this display features a fully sealed, moisture-proof power supply combined with marine-grade anti-rust coating on all exposed parts. The high-brightness white light background lamp retains excellent contrast even during tropical rainstorms or dense morning fog, allowing drivers to read fuel prices instantly from a distance. Whether installed at a gas station in coastal Brazil, inland Colombia, or riverside Peru, this display dramatically reduces maintenance costs, eliminates weather-related downtime, and protects your investment against corrosion and humidity damage year after year.

Q1: Can't I just buy a regular LED price display and add a waterproof cover myself?
A1: No. A waterproof cover alone cannot stop humidity. In South American humid regions, moisture in the air condenses inside the power supply when temperatures change between day and night. A regular display will develop internal shorts within 6–12 months. Our custom unit has a fully potted (solid-resin-filled) power supply where no air equals no condensation—permanently.
Q2: Does "anti-rust" mean the display is entirely plastic or stainless steel?
A2: Not entirely. The main housing is a specially treated aluminum alloy with a zinc-rich primer plus a top epoxy anti-rust coating—this combination is lighter than stainless steel but more corrosion-resistant than painted steel. Stainless steel screws and brackets are also standard. The result: zero red rust even after three years of coastal exposure.
Q3: Will the white light background lamp become dim or yellow over time in high humidity?
A3: No. The LED lamp panel is sealed with a transparent waterproof conformal coating. This prevents moisture from reaching the LED chips or the reflective layer underneath. Even after 50,000 hours of operation (roughly 5–6 years of continuous use), brightness remains above 90% of original output.
Q4: How do I know if my specific location in South America truly needs this specialized display?
A4: Check two things: (1) average annual relative humidity above 75%, or (2) distance within 10 kilometers of the coast. If either is true, a standard display will fail prematurely. We have successfully deployed units in Manaus (Amazon), Guayaquil (coastal Ecuador), Santos (Brazil), and Cartagena (Colombia)—all locations where regular displays lasted less than one year before rust or humidity damage occurred.
