Rubber Wedge Gate Valve

1.Valve is suppplied with handwheel or bareshaft with square cap.

2. A stem dust guard is fitted.

3.The stem water tightness is achieved with o-rings and a holding ring.

4.Stainless steel bonnet bolts are plastic sealed.

5.Wedge is in ductile iron with EPDM or NBR coated.

6.Wedge is with central guides to avoid rubber friction when operating the valve.

7. Body is internally and externally coated with Epoxy or Rilsan by electro fusion coating.

7.Full and straight bore avoids turbulence, pressure loss and Venturi effect.
