Padel Court Construction System With Glass Panels And Steel Frame

A padel court is a precisely engineered structure, measuring 20m by 10m, designed for optimal ball dynamics. The construction consists of a galvanized steel frame supporting three distinct surfaces: artificial turf carpet for consistent footing, tempered glass panels (typically 3m high) on the ends and sides for seamless rebounds, and galvanized mesh for the remaining perimeters to ensure visibility and ventilation. Unlike tennis courts, this hybrid structure incorporates walls as integral playing elements, allowing for continuous play off surfaces. The enclosed design minimizes ball loss, while the synthetic turf infill ensures controlled ball bounce and player safety.
