Description

FB-HT1060ACER automatic die cutting machine with stripping is a heavy-duty platen die cutter rated at 600 tons of cutting pressure, integrating gripper edge waste stripping and an electric heating system. It is the ideal solution for high-volume die cutting and stripping of paper and corrugated board in packaging production.

Key Features

  • Precise feeder system: Advanced feeding platform feeds a wide stock range precisely and consistently, from 90g/m2 thin paper to 1000g/m2 cardboard and micro flute corrugated board.
  • Ultrasonic double sheet detector: Non-contact ultrasonic detection avoids scratching the paper, with reliable performance and quick set-up.
  • Quick mould locking device: Center-line system with quick locking device saves make-ready time.
  • Plate setting: 5mm hardened cutting plate or 4+1mm sandwich plate on a 15mm precision synthetic supporting plate with ±0.9mm micro adjustment for easy make-ready.
  • Gripper bar: Large motion angle eccentric worm gear drive system keeps gripper bars running extremely smoothly.
  • Gripper edge waste removal device: Gripper edge stripping and removing system with conveyor belt removes the gripper edge waste sideways to the drive side.
  • Electric heating system: 20 heating zones with adjustable temperature range of 40~180°C, suitable for hot die cutting processes.
  • Germany Becker vacuum pump: Oil-free blower and vacuum pump ensure clean and stable sheet transport.
  • Auto lubrication system: Concentrated auto lubrication keeps all driven parts working reliably.
  • Auto non-stop collecting device: Main delivery and auto non-stop delivery switch automatically without any operation, improving overall efficiency.
  • Advanced tooling lockup: Quick tooling set-up system ensures fast job change-over and high productivity at both stripping stations.
