The UV-760A Automatic UV Coating Machine is a practical fully automatic coating machine developed for high-quality surface finishing of printed materials. It is suitable for posters, books, brochures, color boxes, color box packaging, and handbags. Equipped with both UV curing and IR drying devices, this machine delivers exceptional coating results with operational safety as a top priority.

Vacuum Airbed System

Equipped with a powerful vacuum airbed for maximum paper hold-down on the conveying surface, ensuring stable and precise sheet transport even for thin or lightweight paper.

Magnetic Leakage Transformer

UV magnetic leakage transformer with parallel capacitor design better endures voltage fluctuating impact, providing stable UV lamp output and extended lamp service life.

Full Safety Protection

Full coverage splash guards protect operators from coating splashing. Complete UV radiation shielding around the lamp chamber. Safety lockers on all doors and covers with emergency stop switches throughout the machine.

Dual UV Curing and IR Drying

This UV coating machine combines UV curing lamp (1pc x 6.5KW) with IR drying lamps (3pcs x 1.2KW) for optimal coating results across different varnish types and paper weights.

Precision Coating Rollers

Larger diameter coating rollers ensure a smoother and brighter coating finish with uniform coverage across the entire sheet surface.

Digital Frequency Converter

Digital frequency converter speed control with independent conveyor drive allows precise speed adjustment from 0-40m/min to match different paper types and coating requirements.

Two-Level UV Lamp Power

Low Temperature Control
