This complete industrial apple juice production line is engineered for high-efficiency processing of fresh apples into premium quality clarified or cloudy juice. The line begins with a high-capacity hydraulic apple washer and destemmer, followed by a crusher and horizontal press system designed to maximize juice yield (typically achieving over 75% extraction rate). For clarified juice production, the line integrates advanced enzymatic treatment tanks and a state-of-the-art ultrafiltration (UF) system, which removes suspended solids and pectin to achieve brilliant clarity and long-term stability without using traditional fining agents. For cloudy juice, a specialized pulping and homogenization process preserves the natural pulp and fresh flavor. The pasteurization unit utilizes precise plate heat exchangers to ensure food safety (meeting FDA/EC standards) while minimizing thermal impact on flavor and nutrients. The entire system, built from 304/316L stainless steel, supports capacities from 2 to 100 tons of apples per hour. We offer a full turnkey solution, including plant layout, installation, and staff training, tailored for both large-scale juice manufacturers and cider producers.

Production Process Overview
1Discharge Platform
Fresh apples are unloaded from trucks using a dedicated platform with water guns and transported to the production line via water flow. This area also serves as a pre-washing station before processing begins.

Transports fresh apples from external receiving areas into the processing facility.
3Washing
