Our Mango Juice Production Line is specifically designed for manufacturing natural mango juice, NFC (Not From Concentrate) juice, and reconstituted mango juice beverages. This versatile system processes fresh mangoes through complete extraction, refining, and blending operations to produce clear juice, cloudy juice, concentrated juice, and ready-to-drink mango juice products.

Complete Manufacturing Process:
The production process includes raw material selection, washing, sorting, destoning, pre-heating enzyme deactivation, pulping and refining, concentration (optional), blending and formulation, deaeration, homogenization, sterilization, and filling. The blending system allows precise addition of sugar, acidity regulators, stabilizers, and flavorings for customized beverage formulations. A high-pressure homogenizer and vacuum deaerator work together to deliver smooth texture and prevent oxidative discoloration during shelf life.

Flexible Production Options:
The system supports both hot break and cold break processes, accommodating different product requirements. Hot break (above 85°C) rapidly inactivates pectinase enzymes, yielding juice with good cloud stability ideal for retail beverages. The cold break process (60-70°C) produces juice with different viscosity characteristics suitable for further processing. The sterilization system can be configured for pasteurization, HTST, or UHT treatment based on packaging and shelf-life requirements.

Capacity & Customization:
Processing capacities range from 10 to 2500 tons of fresh fruit per day, with final juice concentration available from single-strength up to 65-72°Brix concentrate. The line features full PLC automation with user-friendly touchscreen interfaces for recipe management and production monitoring. Packaging options include aseptic bulk bags, Tetra Pak, glass bottles, PET bottles, and tinplate cans.
