The complete production line consists of an elevator system, bubble washer, crusher, pre-heating deactivation system, pulping and refining system, vacuum evaporation system, tubular sterilizer, and aseptic filling system. All key equipment is manufactured from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, with dead-corner-free design on all product-contact surfaces to effectively prevent microbial growth and ensure food safety. The pre-heating section offers both hot break and cold break process options to effectively preserve tomato color and flavor. The vacuum evaporation system employs multi-effect evaporation technology, efficiently removing moisture at low temperatures (50-55℃) to maximize retention of natural tomato flavor and nutritional content.

Automation & Flexibility:
The system is equipped with a or equivalent brand PLC control system and touchscreen HMI, supporting one-touch start/stop, recipe parameter storage, and real-time monitoring — significantly reducing manual intervention and operational errors. The modular design allows flexible addition or removal of equipment modules such as blending tanks, homogenizers, etc., to accommodate different tomato varieties (fresh fruit, frozen concentrate) and various end products (28-38% Brix concentrate, seasoned sauces, tomato juice, etc.).
