Brief Description

The Spray Tower's workflow follows a "three-step purification logic": First, the gas to be treated flows evenly into the tower through a bottom-level air distribution device (such as a porous distribution plate or annular air distribution duct), avoiding localized gas accumulation and resulting in dead zones. Second, a circulating pump transports the absorbent liquid from the reservoir to the tower's top spray system, where the nozzles atomize the absorbent liquid into fine droplets of 100-500μm, creating a dense spray area. Third, gas and liquid interact in countercurrent or forward flow within the tower. Pollutants are captured by the droplets and flow into the reservoir along with the liquid. The purified gas is then discharged after de-misting the liquid.
