Custom 42CrMo Forged Gear Shaft for Wind Turbine and Industrial Gearbox Applications | Open Die Forging.

This gear shaft is precision forged from high-strength 42CrMo alloy steel, offering excellent toughness, wear resistance, and fatigue strength. It is specially designed for use in wind turbine drivetrains and industrial gearbox systems, where stable torque transmission and long-term reliability are critical.


Through controlled forging and heat treatment, the shaft achieves refined grain structure and optimal mechanical properties. Each piece is custom-produced based on customer drawings, ensuring exact dimensional and performance requirements are met.
