Our Heavy Duty Forged Cylinders are produced using advanced open die forging technology, ensuring excellent internal soundness, grain flow, and superior mechanical properties. Manufactured from high-quality alloy steels such as 42CrMo, 42CrNiMo, 18CrNiMo7-6, and C45, these forged components are ideal for use in hydraulic systems, gearboxes, marine shafts, pressure vessels, and wind turbine main shafts.

Each forged cylinder can be supplied in rough machined or fully CNC machined condition according to your drawings, with weights ranging from 100kg to 7000kg. We offer custom forging services, including heat treatment, UT/NDT inspection, and mechanical testing. Our cylinders meet international standards including ISO, GB, and DIN and are trusted by OEMs in energy, offshore, and heavy machinery industries.
