This monocrystalline silicon pressure sensor assembly features a high-stability single-crystal silicon sensing core, paired with 316L stainless steel or Hastelloy C diaphragms to suit diverse harsh medium environments. Its compact metal housing delivers excellent temperature resistance and anti-interference performance, while multiple standard connection threads enable flexible integration into various equipment systems.
