Description
On-site High Precision Pressure Monitoring Instrument for General Industry

FD80Y digital pressure gauge is independently developed and manufactured by Shandong Furuid (FRD SENSOR). It integrates pressure sensing, digital display and local monitoring as one unit. Equipped with diffused silicon sensor and digital temperature compensation circuit, it can measure gauge pressure and negative pressure of gas and liquid media in real time.

The wetted parts are made of stainless steel with high protection grade. It is widely applied in water supply, heating, chemical industry, air compressors and mechanical equipment. Multiple thread types and pressure ranges are available for customization, balancing high accuracy, shock resistance and cost performance for bulk orders.

Features

  • Stable & high-precision sensor: Adopts diffused silicon core with full-range digital temperature compensation and nonlinear correction, low temperature drift and stable measuring data; accuracy of 0.25%FS / 0.5%FS optional.
  • Wide measuring range: Covers micro pressure to high pressure, supports gauge pressure and vacuum pressure, minimum range down to 5kPa.
  • Anti-corrosion stainless steel structure: 316L stainless steel diaphragm resists corrosion of water, hydraulic oil and common non-corrosive gas.
  • Customizable process connections: Standard M20*1.5; optional G1/2, G1/4, 1/2NPT, 1/4NPT and other BSP/NPT threads to fit different pipelines.
