Description

Flange-to-Square Reaction Torque Sensor 30Nm 20N*m 10N-m 5N*m 2N*m 1N-m 0.5Nm

Flange-to-Square Reaction Torque Transducer FTD is strain gague based delivering mV/V output intended for non-rotating torque measurement in both clockwise and anticlockwise direction. Square Torque Sensor FTD offers 0.5Nm / 1Nm / 2N-m / 3N*m / 5N-m / 10Nm / 20N*m / 30N-m eight rated capacities to choose from. The flanged end can be used to fix the sensor while the the square end works as loading end.Torquemeter FTD has no moving parts which makes it very durable and suitable for industrial environments. Each torque cell will come with an in-house calibration certificate to guarantee the performance and quality. Typical applications for this type of torque meter are for example torque wrench calibration, screw driver testing, and so on. Reaction torque cell FTD can be modified or customized as per request.

A torque sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical torque into mV signal proportional to the applied torque. The acting torsion causes deformation of the measuring element, the bonded strain gauge deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge, under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally, thus the moment can be measured by measuring the output signal from the transducer. The output range of flange-to-square reaction torque sensor FTD is normally within -22.5mV...+22.5mV, signal amplification may be required for most applications, a signal conditioner can be used to get -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output for easy data processing.Taking FTD-10NM and FSC(-10-10V)-24V for example, the torque-voltage relationship will be 0-10Nm torque in clockwise direction VS 0-10V output, 0-10Nm torque in CCW direction VS 0-(-10V) output.
