Counterbalanced Unmanned Forklift is an automated handling equipment that combines traditional counterweight design with intelligent navigation technology.Its core principle is to balance the load (1-5 tons) through the counterweight block at the rear of the vehicle body, and cooperate with laser SLAM navigation (accuracy ±10mm) and multi-sensor fusion technology (vision + IMU + ultrasonic) to achieve autonomous path planning and precise operation. The equipment uses lithium battery power (8-12 hours of battery life), supports automatic charging, and is equipped with a 5G remote monitoring system.


Main features:
1. Heavy load balance design: The rear counterweight structure enables it to handle oversized goods (maximum load 5 tons), and its stability is better than that of ordinary AGVs;
2. All-terrain adaptability: equipped with off-road tires and slope sensors, it can operate stably on a 15% slope;
3. Intelligent safety system: 360° obstacle detection (detection distance 6m) + emergency stop response (≤0.2 seconds);
4. Flexible scheduling: supports 100+ trolley cluster collaboration, and real-time task allocation through the WMS/TMS system.


Typical application scenarios:
Heavy manufacturing: inter-workshop transfer of large materials such as automobile chassis and steel coils;
Port logistics: automatic loading and unloading of goods in containers, replacing traditional reach stackers;
Building materials storage: intelligent entry and exit of irregular heavy goods such as stone/glass;
