Products Description:

1.Fue gas flow direction:

This boiler adopts vertical movable grate type.The flue gas flow is as follows:the fuel added from the fumace door is burned in the fumace,and the high-temperature flue gas is absorbed through the inner coil.The first retum stroke is formed by the flow in the channel between the inner circle and the outer circle at the outlet of theinner circle coilIt flows through the channel between the outer ring and the outer insulation to form a second return.Finally,the flue gas enters the rear fue through the outlet flue box,then enters the chimney after passing through the economizer(or air preheater),dust remover and induced draft fan,and finally discharges into the atmosphere through the chimney.The slag will shake through the grate,fall into the foundation,and then be discharged manually.

2.Security control:

1)The boler has safety interlockprotection functions such asovertemperature and overpressure.

2)The boiler main engine is divided into two parts,the upper part is the boiler body and the lower part is the combustion chamber base.The two parts are assembled at the user's site δ 30-850 thick aluminum silicate fiber layer s padded.
