Pulping Enzyme
Besthway Pulping Enzyme is developed by Besthway Technology with modern genetic engineering, microbe fermentation and advanced post-process technology. It can break the wall of the fiber cells, filamentation broom, so that it can achieve full water absorption and wetting up, promote pulping and reduce energy consumption.
| Item | Specification |
| Type | Powder and Liquid |
| Main Enzyme | Cellulase,Hemicellulase |
| pH Range | 5.0-9.0 |
| Temperature Range | 30℃-65℃ |
Product Functions
- It could promote the cell wall structure loosening, increase permeability, so that the fiber is fully moistened;
- It could accelerate the destruction of cell wall and fiber filamentation, promote hydrogen bonding and improve strength;
- It could reduce the energy consumption of pulping;
- It could reduce the proportion of long fiber;
- It could improve the wet strength, which is easy to copying.
Application Scheme
- Recommended dosage: 0.10-0.20kg/T of paper pulp. It could be added to the hydraulic pulper or pre-knock slurry tank, either continuously or intermittently. Acting time is more than 45 minutes;
- The optimum dosage is determined by experiments according to different processes and requirements.
Package and Storage
Solid Product: 25kg/bag Liquid Product: 25L/barrel
Our liquid packaging drums are available in 25L drums, 200L drums, and ton drums for selection.
It should be stored under dry, ventilated and protected from light at 25℃, with a shelf life of 18 months for solid product and 12 months for liquid product from the date of production. The shelf life could be extended when refrigerated at 5℃.
Note
- After opening the bag or barrel, it should be tightly tied or the lid tightened to avoid moisture or contamination;
- Do not inhale. If inhaled, rinse mouth immediately with water for at least 15 minutes;
- People who are sensitive to enzyme dust should wear one-piece overalls, dust masks and gloves when operating. If contact with skin or eyes occurs, please rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
