Cuter: An independent, high-speed rotary cutter with speed adjustment is used to adjust the particle length and ensure dimensional consistency.

4. Control Mechanism: It includes an intelligent control system that can precisely adjust and control parameters such as feed speed, screw speed, cross-sectional temperature, and cutting speed.
